Bangkok Glass FC who entered the tournament as Krungthai BG FC secured tickets to 34th Queen’s cup Final after a close victory over Navy Rayong FC 2-1 on 16 February.

The glass rabbit deserved their win, creating more chances. But the Navy also fought with strength and team spirit. The Brazilian striker Ney Fabiano scores first goal of the game in 32’, an easy header made 1-0 as first half’s score.

12 minutes after the break, Navy Rayong FC leveled by a substituted-in striker Wuttichai Asucheewa. Game became more entertaining now, both were playing an attacking game but still not able to hit the nets.

It seems the match end with a draw and have to be decided by shootouts, but left back Supachai Komsilp scores an injury time-winning goal, just few minutes before final whistle. 2-1 is the final score.

Krungthai BG FC will play Insee Police United in 34th Queen’s Cup Final at IPE Chonburi on Feb 18th 6.00 PM.

  1. Why have CHula and BG used their old names in this competition?

  2. Hi Greg,

    Thanks for visiting...

For Queen's cup tournament. Only Queen's cup associate members can enter the competition.

BG is not a member, but Krungthai is. That's why they have to use their old name "Krungthai BG"

For Chula, I guess you mean "Sinthana - Chula" right?
    .......Same case as Krungthai BG.
